Many people do not fully understand the great amount of thought and work that goes into creating a masterpiece. This highly significant process is often ignored. I personally believe that the steps taken to create the artwork holds more importance than the artwork itself.
As influenced by Abstract Expressionism, I aim to highlight the processing aspect behind the final piece. I represent this process through a collection of different techniques – sometimes combined into a mixed media collage, to represent various interpretations, thoughts and emotions. -Kayleigh
